Seeds of Hope - A Free Community Support Group

Welcome to Seeds of Hope, a free community support group facilitated by our very own Eric Lopez, a former United States Marine and a dedicated member of our community. Through his own life experiences, Eric has developed a keen understanding of life's many challenges and is committed to aiding others in their personal journeys.

Seeds of Hope is designed for anyone grappling with life's challenges, whether they be mental health concerns such as depression or anxiety, physical health issues, substance abuse, grief, loss, family or relationship struggles, job loss, stress, or any other personal struggle. No matter what you're going through, you're not alone - and that's where Seeds of Hope comes in.

Here's what Seeds of Hope offers:

Peer Support: Experience the power of shared understanding as you meet others facing similar challenges. By sharing experiences, struggles, and successes, you'll find comfort and hope in knowing you're not alone.

Safe Environment: Seeds of Hope provides a space where you can freely express your feelings, fears, and hopes without judgement. Your emotions are valid and welcomed here.

Information and Resources: Tap into collective wisdom as group members share practical advice and resources, such as coping strategies, medical resources, and job-hunting tips, depending on your needs.

Guidance: Eric Lopez, with his vast experience and compassionate approach, facilitates each session, offering guidance, therapeutic strategies, and helping to navigate difficult conversations.

Social Connection: In a world where it's easy to feel isolated by personal circumstances, Seeds of Hope offers you a community, a place where you belong, and a network of support.

The group meets online every Friday from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. These meetings are facilitated by Eric himself and are conducted via Zoom. The Zoom ID for these meetings is 832 9102 9123.

Eric's interests include shooting sports, outdoor activities, bible study, and family. His diverse background and interests make him a relatable and approachable facilitator who is always willing to lend a listening ear and a helping hand.
